Description

Aquabelle Apartments are located directly opposite the beach foreshore in Rye, on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Sitting atop Rye's main street, the 3 and 2 bedroom apartments overlook the bay. With the close proximity to all that Rye has to offer, yet protected from street noise and traffic, Aquabelle presents the perfect holiday location.

Two one bedroom apartments (rear facing) offer couples a spacious retreat with luxury fittings throughout.

Cancellation Policy

1. Reservations/Bookings: The booking will be confirmed on receipt of $500 deposit or 50% for smaller bookings. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card details will be held until departure inspection has been completed.
2. Payment Methods: We accept Visa & MasterCard.
3. Conditions & Cancellations: High season: 30 days prior to the date of arrival - Low season: 14 days prior to the date of arrival
4. Property Usage: The property is to be used for short-term residential accommodation only. NO SCHOOLIES ACCEPTED.
5. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is 10am. Our property is accessed by a security system. We will inform you of your personal identification number to open the secure back entrance gate and your apartment 48 hours prior to your arrival. This 4 digit PIN access code is unique to your stay and will expire on your departure.
6. Parking: There is secure off street parking for two cars at Apts 1 2 3 and for one car at Apts 4 5 6 & 7.
7. Housekeeping: For short-term bookings there is no housekeeping. For bookings longer than a week a housekeeping service can be organised for an additional fee of $75 per hour.
8. Maintenance & Garbage Removal: The occupant is required to leave the property in the same neat and tidy condition as it was when they arrived. This includes washing up the fridge cleaned out and rubbish to be placed in appropriate bins.
9. Smoking & Pets: There is strictly no smoking inside the apartment. We ask that pets are left at home.
